Non-holiday deliveries- Monday through Sunday

  • Delivery can be expected anywhere between 9am and 7pm (recipient time).

  • Deliveries to a business location must be noted on your order, to be delivered before 5pm.

  • Special time limited requests (e.g. before 5pm) is processed as such, but can not be guaranteed.

  • Sunday delivery must be ordered before 12 noon on Saturday (recipient time) See below.

                                                          Christmas/Hanukah
 

  • Delivery can be expected anywhere between 8am and 8pm (recipient time).

  • Deliveries to a business location must be noted on your order, to be delivered before 5pm.

  • Special time limited requests (e.g. before 5pm) is processed as such, but can not be guaranteed.

  • Due to high order volume, please order early. (minimum 1 to 2 days) especially if to a business.

  • Order tracking may not be possible on the day the order is scheduled for delivery. Drivers stay
    on the road late, and do not report their deliveries until as late as the following day making
    tracking inaccurate.

To deliver on Sunday. The order 
MUST be placed prior to 12:00 noon on Saturday
 ... there can be no exceptions due to designer restrictions.

  • Even if you meet the ordering time frame, in certain areas, delivery on Sunday  is NOT always available. If you placed an order for Sunday delivery and we are unable to complete your delivery, we will notify you by phone on Saturday afternoon. If there is no answer, we will email a notice to you. Please be sure to provide an accurate telephone number an email address.

 

Note:  In many cases, if you need same day delivery, and the recipient time is after our deadline, it still may be  possible to be delivered. Please call to inquire, and to place these extended time deliveries.
